【摘要】 详细介绍了反胶束的概念和特性、形成条件、萃取机理、影响萃取的因素及应用范围。探讨了该技术在棉子油和蛋白萃取上的应用现状及其在棉子综合利用上的可能性和意义。

【Abstract】 Article introduces in detail the concept and characteristics of reverse micelle , forming conditions , the extraction mechanism and the influencing factors of extraction and application scope. And discusses the present situation of the application of technology in cottonseed oil and protein extraction and the possibility and significance of comprehensive utilization of cottonseed.
