休闲农业低碳园区模型及其评价体系构建探讨

【摘要】 本文首先应用驱动力—压力—状态—影响—响应(Driving—Pressure—State—Impact—Response,DPSIR)模型,构建了休闲农业低碳园区模型。其次,参照低碳经济的概念辨识及休闲农业特性选取"休闲农业低碳园区经济、环境、经营、技术、管理等为关键指标变量"构建休闲农业低碳园区五维综合评价指标体系的理论框架。最后,运用层次分析(AHP)与数据包络分析(DEA)相结合方法,尝试确定休闲农业低碳园区发展水平等级标准。以期为定量评估休闲农业低碳园区发展等级提供参考依据,也为未来休闲农业低碳园区指标核查、减排项目合作、建立排放补偿系统提供理论指导和技术支持。
【Abstract】 This article first application of the driving force -Pressure -State -Impact -Response(Driving-Pressure -State-Impact-Response,the DPSIR) model,to build a low carbon park model recreational agriculture.Second, the reference to the concept of a low-carbon economy recognition and casual agricultural characteristics,select the low carbon park leisure agriculture economy,environment,business,technology,management and other key indicator variables to build the theoretical framework of the five-dimensional comprehensive evaluation index system of leisure agriculture in low-carbon Park.Finally,the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and data envelopment analysis(DEA) is a combination of methods to try to determine the level of development of leisure agriculture in low-carbon Park grading standards.In order to provide a reference for the quantitative assessment of the level of leisure agriculture in low-carbon development of the park,and also for leisure agriculture in low-carbon future park indicators verification,the abatement project cooperation,the establishment of emissions compensation system to provide theoretical guidance and technical support.
