自然环境中太阳能电站高温吸热涂层材料结构设计和研制

【摘要】 着眼于太阳能电站在自然环境下实际运行生产的需要,综合考虑涂层的选择性、耐候性、规模生产以及现场制备、在运行后的修补再制造便利等方面的因素,研制成功具有电子缺位的P1501(Ni-Mo基)金属涂层材料和P2712(Co-WC基)金属-陶瓷涂层材料,采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)制备均匀致密薄涂层,辅以溶胶-凝胶工艺制备SnO2或Al2O3作为减反以及保护涂层结构。上述涂层经过2000h的中性盐雾试验,1%H2SO4以及10%NaOH浸泡24h,>3000次常温~600℃C热震循环试验,以及1000 h,500℃C连续加热试验;涂层表面未起泡、未开裂、未脱落。P2712涂层α≥0.91,ε=0.25,P1501涂层α≥0.90,ε=0.02。经过500℃,1000h加热处理后,涂层性能基本保持不变。已在太阳能热发电站吸热器表面获得试验应用。

【Abstract】 In this paper,we focus on the need that solar power plant operates in physical environment and we prepared P1501(Ni-Mo based) metal coatings and P2712(Co-WC based) cermet coatings with electron vacancy by considering the selectivity,weatherability,large-scale manufacturing and remanufacturing of the coatings.The uniform compacted thin coating were prepared by HVOF and SnO2 or Al2O3 prepared by Sol-gel was used as antireflection and protection layer.The coatings can endure 1000h neutral salt spray test and 24 h immersion test in 1%H2SO4 and 10%NaOH.The coatings can also endure thermal cycling test in 600℃for 3000 times above and continuous heating in 500℃for 1000h.After the test,the coatings maintain complete.The absorptance of P2712 is bigger than 0.91 and the emittance is 0.25 while that of P1501 is 0.90 and 0.02,repectively.And the performance of the coatings change little after 1000 h heat-treatment in 500℃.The coatings have been applied to the collector of solar power plant.
