High-Throughput Next-Generation Sequencing-Based Solutions to Cardiovascular Disease

【摘要】 <正>Cardiovascular Disease(CVD) has been shown to be highly heritable,with heritability as high as 60%.However,despite the rapid identification of novel targets for CVD and its risk factors,few have been translated into clinical practice.
