BN大鼠在绿原酸完全抗原致敏性反应机理中的应用

【摘要】 目的应用BN大鼠研究绿原酸完全抗原的致敏性。方法将BN大鼠分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、绿原酸组、绿原酸完全抗原组、大鼠白蛋白组,通过检测致敏动物血清中的IgE含量,及BN大鼠ASA试验以探讨绿原酸治过敏反应的机理。结果绿原酸组IgE水平与阴性对照组差异不明显(P>0.05),绿原酸完全抗原组与阴性对照组比较,差异明显(P<0.05);BN大鼠ASA试验为阳性。结论试验结果支持绿原酸为潜在过敏原,形成完全抗原后可以引发Ⅰ型超敏反应。

【Abstract】 Objective Objective:Study on allergic reactions c aused by chlorogenic acid complete antigen.Methods: Experimental animals were divided into negative control group,positive control group(egg albumin),chlorogenic acid group,chlorogenic acid jointed by albumin group,rat albumin group,the allergic reactions caused by chlorogenic acid jointed by albumin were studied through the BN rat active systemic hypersensitivity reactions(ASA) and detctting cthe blood serum IgE content.Results:ASA is positive.The difference of IgE content on chlorogenic acid and negative control is not obvious(P > 0.05),The difference of IgE content on chlorogenic acid jointed by albumin group and positive control group is significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Experimental results support for chlorogenic acid being potential allergens,chlorogenic acid complete antigen can trigger I type allergic reactions.
