基于人机工程学的手掌按摩器压力实验研究

【摘要】 本文以倍轻松科技股份有限公司产品手掌按摩器为研究对象,基于人机工程学理论对该产品在A、B、C三种压力模式下,对作用于被试的手指部和掌部的压力进行了实验研究。一方面,采用基于模糊数学的5点舒适性量表测量方法对压力进行研究;另一方面,利用压力测试仪器FingerTPSSystem,对被试在产品使用过程中手指部及掌部所受的压力进行测量,获得压力的时变曲线图以及数值,并做进一步研究,为此类按摩器的设计与研发提供了理论依据,具有一定的现实意义。
【Abstract】 The palm massager is studied in this paper, three forms pressure (A-, B-and C-type pressure) of the palm massager on the user’s fingers and palms have been studied based on Ergonomics. On one hand, pressure is studied by the 5-point comfort measurement list based on the Fuzzy Mathematics. On the other hand, FingerTPS system, a kind of pressure testing system, is used to measure the pressure on the fingers and palm in the working process of the palm massager, in order to obtain the pressure data and curve of the time dependent pressure for the further analysis. The results can provide more theoretic evidence for this kind of massager design and development in practical operation.
