【摘要】 目的对一株从肝硬化患者血液中分离的病原菌进行鉴定。方法按霍乱弧菌的鉴定标准和方法进行细菌学表型特征(包括形态学、培养特性、生化特征)、血清学鉴定及16S rDNA序列分析。结果患者血液中病原菌的形态学、培养特性、生化特征、血清学诊断和分子生物学诊断结果基本符合非O1群霍乱弧菌定义;但与普通霍乱弧菌在甘露醇发酵及赖氨酸利用、枸橼酸盐利用试验结果存在差异。结论海南省首次在肝硬化患者血液中分离出非O1群霍乱弧菌。该菌为一株不发酵甘露醇、赖氨酸及枸橼酸盐利用试验均阴性的不典型霍乱弧菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The aim of the study was to identify a pathogenic bacteria from the blood of a cirrhotic patient.METHODS Phenotypic and serologic characterization of the isolation was proceed according to the standard analytical protocol for Vibrio cholerae.And the species identity was confirmed using 16S rDNA sequence analysis.RESULTS The isolated organism(Hainan strain) resembled a Vibrio cholerae in its morphological,cultural,biochemical,and serological characters.The homology of 16S rDNA sequence of the isolation with Vibrio spp.and other species confirmed that the taxonomic status of the Hainan strain is Vibrio cholerae.Remarkably,it showed atypical biochemical characteristics such as negative results by tests for mannitol fermentation,lysine decarboxylase and citrate utilization. CONCLUSION This is the first report in Hainan province that non-O1 Vibrio cholerae isolated from the blood of a cirrhotic patient.This bacterium with the following atypical reactions were shown to be V. cholerae:mannitol negative,lysine decarboxylase negative and citrate test negative.更多还原
