电除尘器用变频高压电源的试验研究

【摘要】 本文简略介绍电除尘器用变频高压电源及其研究进展和初步试验测试的结果。高压电源的阻抗只有和负载即电除尘器电场阻抗相匹配时,电除尘器才能获得最高的电晕功率和最佳的除尘效果。同传统的工频SCR高压电源、中频高压电源及工频高压电源相比,变频高压电源的工作(逆变)频率是变化的,频率变化的依据是电除尘器电场的波动工况。频率的变化带来的影响是变频高压电源的阻抗或输出阻抗的变化。变频高压电源通过实现频率和阻抗对电除尘器电场供电工况的跟踪,实现变频高压电源的输出阻抗对电场火花和拉弧的抑制,实现电场最高工作电压下的无火花和无拉弧的不间断供电。变频高压电源采用变频调幅调压,具有工频高压电源、中频高压电源和高频高压电源的供电优点和控制特性。在传统的工频高压电源的升级换代的过程中,变频高压电源可以保留原工频高压电源的硅整流升压变压器,使用变频高压电源控制柜直接更换原工频高压电源的控制柜,可以提高除尘效率的同时实现节能,节省改造工程费用和缩短改造工程的工期。
【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduce a variable frequency high voltage power supply (VFPS) for electrostatic precipitator(ESP) and also briefly introduce the study progress and its experiment & test results.If we want to achieve the highest corona power and the best de - dust efficiency,we must have the output impedance of high voltage power supply to equal to the impedance of electrical field as we take the electrical field of ESP as a equivalent circuit of a capacitor and a nonlinear resistor in parallel connection.Compared with conventional power frequency power supply(SCR PS),middle frequency power supply(MFPS) and high frequency power supply(HFPS),VFPS has no fixed value of operational frequency(F),F is dynamic controlled following the ESP’s operational parameters such as ESP’s voltage(V2), current(I2),spark and arc events etc.Variable frequency result in variable output impedance of VFPS,and the variable output impedance is also following the ESPs dynamic operational parameters with the variable frequency.Via follow the ESPs dynamic operational parameters we can control frequency and output impedance to prevent spark and arc event,and to acquire uninterrupted power supply for ESP electrical field.VFPS regulates output voltage by variable frequency and SPWM,it has all the benefits and the control characters of SCR PS and MFPS.In the updating project of ESPs SCR PS,we can remain the former Tr. of SCR PS,only job we must do is take the control cabinet of VFPS to substitute the former control cabinet of SCR PS.Like this,the benefits is we can increase de-dust efficiency of ESP,have less filed work,save electrical power,reduce the cost of updating project,and contraction the erection time.
