【摘要】 高温电除尘器一般用来处理温度高于300℃的烟气。在金属冶炼、水泥生产行业,高温电除尘器的应用已经很广泛,满足了生产工艺要求。高温电除尘器在美国和日本的燃煤电站锅炉上成功应用,并且一定时期内在烟气治理领域占有相当重要的地位。但高温电除尘器与常规电除尘器相比,存在一些不足,包括本体结构复杂庞大、反电晕问题突出、热损失严重等。高温除尘器在处理高比电阻粉尘方面的优越性,决定了它仍然具有很强的应用价值。其应用过程中出现的技术难点会在将来科学发展过程中逐渐克服。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-temperature electrostatic precipitators are commonly used to deal with the flue gas higher than 300°C.In the metal smelting,cement production industry,the high - temperature electric precipitation has a wide range of application and has been satisfying the requirements of production process.High-temperature electrostatic precipitators have been successful applied in the United States and Japan’s coal-fired power plant boilers,and within a certain period of flue gas field occupies an important position.But the high -temperature electrostatic precipitators compared with conventional electrostatic precipitators get some deficiencies,including complicated ontology structure,the corona problems,severe heat loss,etc.superiority of dealing with high electrical resistance dust determines that it still has great application value.Its technical difficulties that appear in the process of application will in the future gradually overcome with the scientific development.更多还原
