【摘要】 随着我国对外贸易的快速增长,集装箱运输需求迅猛增加,集装箱港口与港口腹地的联系越来越紧密。具备高效而畅通无阻的集疏运系统,能促进地区的港口吞吐量的提高,对提高码头装卸速度、加强车船周转、确保商品按时送达具有重大意义。现代化港口都必须具有完善与畅通的集疏运系统,才能成为重要的水陆交通枢纽。本文针对长三角两个最重要的港口——上海港与宁波-舟山港,通过分析港口集疏运通道系统结构及其特征,归纳总结影响集疏运系统的主要因素,探讨两个地理位置较近港口实现共赢的途径,借鉴国内外现代化港口集疏运的经验并根据其发展趋势,提出两个港口集疏运的发展方向和结构,面对运输方式绿色低碳的发展要求,建议着重发展江海联运、铁海联运,根据港口现实条件,进一步提出江海联运、铁海联运的发展策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with China’s rapid growth of international trade,the traffic demands of the container increases swiftly and violently,the container port and port hinterland’ s relationship are getting more and more closed.Meanwhile,a collecting and distributing with high capacities and no obstruct which can increase the port throughput capacity directly over that region,speed up loading & discharge on the dock and turnover of ship,and delivery goods timely is the requirement since shipping has become the most important transportation mode of international trade.Therefore,how to optimize the collection and distribution system of port is an important issue on the port development.Any modernized harbor,which is to be an important transportation network,must have perfect collecting and distributing system. In this article,based on analyzing of the structure and the characteristics of channel of the collection and distribution system of the port,it summarizes the main factors of the collection and distribution system the comparative analysis and suggestions of collection and distribution methods are developed to achieve win-win cooperation between Shanghai Port and Ningbo-Zhoushan Port,the same im- portant harbors in Yangtse Delta Region.The experiences of collection and distributions systems of domestic and intemational port borrowed and the development tendency are taken into consideration, River-Ocean Combined Transportation and Sea-Rail Combined Transportation,which meet the transportation requirements of the development of green low-carbon,are best strategies for Shanghai port and Ningbo-Zhoushan port,while many ways of transportation are developing.更多还原
