【摘要】 随着国际社会对低碳经济发展的日益关注,以及我国在"十二五"期间提出的建立以低碳经济为特征的交通运输体系要求,通过比较统计数据并对我国交通运输的现状加以评析,提议发展低碳经济下的交通运输模式。该运输模式的内涵主要体现在两个方面:横向上运用货运成本模型,建议适当加强水运,各种运输方式协调发展,实现运输方式的优化组合。纵向上发展新技术来节能减排,实现连续、无缝衔接和一体化运输的低碳交通运输模式。从两方面着手,推动各种运输方式和运输布局不断趋于优化,从而实现低碳运输的目标。该研究工作对指导交通健康持续发展有一定积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the development of low carbon economy has caused increasing international concern and China puts forward to establish a transportation system charaeterized by low-carbon economy during the national twelfth five-year plan,it proposed the development of low-carbon economy of transportation mode through comparing and analyzing the statistical data and status of transportation.This mode includes two aspects.Specifically,one is to use the freight cost model to recommend strengthening the water transport moderately so that various transportation modes could coordinate development and achieve optimized combination of modes of transport.The other is to develop new energy saving technologies to achieve continuous,seamless connection and integrated transportation mode.The research for guiding the sustainable development of transportation has some positive significance.更多还原
