【摘要】 城市机动车交通是动、静结合的平衡交通系统,近年来机动车保有量的不断增加,除了导致道路交通过度拥挤之外,也产生了严重的停车问题,乱停车的现象屡见不鲜。然后,通过对机动车停车的管理,不仅能减少乱停车现象,改善城市面貌,还能进一步缓解道路交通的拥挤程度。制定合理、有效的停车设施的供应策略和科学的布局方案是加强停车设施管理的有效手段。路外公共停车场作为城市主要停车设施承载着大量的城市停车需求,确定路外公共停车场的合理服务半径,对增强停车场的吸引力、平衡路内外停车需求,缓解城市交通拥堵具有重要意义。论文通过对停车选择行为特征研究,分析停车后的步行距离、停车收费、停车场空位以及停车服务质量等参数对停车选择行为的影响,建立路外停车场的选择效用函数,在此基础上建立停车者停车选择概率模型,在满足停车选择约束条件下,建立路外公共停车场服务半径优化模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Road outside public parking is a major component of the city’s parking facilities,undertaking a lot of parking demands within the city.To determine the reasonable services radius of the public parking lot is of great significance for enhancing the attractiveness of the park and balancing the parking demand between road outside and inside or even can ease the urban traffic congestion.This paper analyzes parking choice behavior characteristics mainly through the microscopic point of view. Comhined with the parameters of the walking distance,parking fees,available parking space and quality of service,the choice utility functions of the road outside park could be established.Then the parking choice probability model also can be reached based on the utility function,and then the establishment works of the service radius optimization model of road outside public parking is finished on the condition of satisfying all the constraints.更多还原
