【Abstract】 Recent years,in the practice of judicature there is some controversy existing in the main body of crimes of causing traffic Casualties.Only if it coordinate with traffic accident-creating crime’s constructive elements,then the non-motor vehicle drivers and the foot passengers will be the qualified main body of this crime.In the case of neglecting the management or intendance,the company governors and the motor vehicle owners also could be the main body of crimes of causing traffic Casualties.更多还原
