辉光放电光谱法同时测定硅钢薄板中七种元素含量的研究

【摘要】 通过对硅钢薄板中辉光放电行为的研究,考察激发电压、电流、预溅射时间和积分时间对光谱强度和稳定性的影响。改善试样预处理手段,优化参数为激发电压1000 V,激发电流30 mA,预溅射时间60 s,积分时间30 s。以铁为基体元素,建立直流辉光放电光谱法测定冷轧硅钢薄板板中7种元素的定量分析方法。考察方法分析的精密度和准确度,元素的测定结果与其他方法结果吻合。其中Si,Mn,P,S元素的相对标准偏差小于5%。对于C和N元素,相对标准偏差分别为10.43%和12.31%。
【Abstract】 Through investigating the effect of glow discharge parameters such as excitation voltage,excitation current,preburn time and integrating time on the precision and intensity of the emission line,glow discharge behavior of silicon steel sheets was studied.Improved sample preparation method,the optimized parameters were:excitation voltage 1 000 V,excitation current 30 mA,preburn time 60 s and integrating time 30 s.Fe element as matrix element,determination of 7 elements in silicon steel sheets by direct current glow discharge optical emission spectrometry was established.The accuracy and precision of this method in analyzing samples were researched,the results were consistent with other methods,the relative standard deviation of Si,Mn, P,S elements are less than 5%.The relative standard deviation of C,N elements are 10.43%and 12.31%.
