基质辅助激光解吸飞行时间质谱对印章印文种类鉴定的研究

【摘要】 采用基质辅助激光解吸飞行时间质谱技术(MALDI-TOF MS)对42种红色印章印文色痕进行种类鉴定研究。各个样品正负离子模式下分别采集。对得到的质谱图进行整理,发现纸张干扰很小。根据其中所含颜料成分大红粉808和金光红C的不同,将42种分成4大类。再由正负离子模式下质量数的差异判定,除了B5h和B21h,C19h和C25h-sd不能相互区分外,各个样品之间可以实现个体鉴别。研究结果显示,MALDI-TOF质谱用于印章印文种类鉴定,是一种无损样品的高效检测方法,为法庭鉴定工作提供了新思路。
【Abstract】 Forty-two kinds of inkpad and stamp-pad inks collected from Chinese market were analyzed by Matrix-assisted laser desorption time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS).All samples were collected by positive ion mode and negative mode separately.After systemizing the obtained mass spectra,it was found that blank paper has little interference in the mass spectrum of samples.According to the different pigment composition such as Scarlet Powder and Bronze Red C,samples were divided into four categories.Then by the difference of mass number collected in the positive and negative mode,individual identification of samples can be achieved except that B5h and B21h,C19h and C25h-sd can not distinguish mutually.The results showed that,MALDI-TOF MS used in the identification of inkpad and stamp-pad inks was a highly effective and non-destructive detection method,and it provided a new idea for Forensic Science.
