【摘要】 众多研究表明,部分海藻具有良好的抗肿瘤、抗菌抗病毒、抑制某些靶酶等多种生物活性。本实验对采自南海湛江海域的葡枝马尾藻(褐藻门)、节附链藻(红藻门)和刺松藻(绿藻门)进行红外光谱及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析。结果显示,三种海藻在蛋白质、多糖、无机元素的组成上种间差异较大。这一差异与不同种类海藻生物活性之间的关系有待进一步深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The overall investigation results showed that some seaweeds had many good biological activities of antitumor,antibacteria, antivirus and restrained some target enzyme.The components of three kinds of seaweeds belonging to Sargassumpolycystum (Phaeophyta),Catenella impudica(Rhodophyta) and Codium fragile(Chlorophyta) collected from Zhanjiang sea area were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and ion coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP).The results showed that their protein,polysaccharides and inorganic element contents varied greatly among these species.The relationship between the difference and biological activities of different seaweeds would be further studied.更多还原
