【摘要】 苯甲醛与重氮乙酸乙酯在DBU作用下发生加成反应,合成β-羟基重氮化合物1,该化合物再与二茂铁甲酰氯反应,制备了α-重氮-β-二茂铁甲酰氧基苯丙酸乙酯2。用Nexus670FTIR红外光谱仪对化合物2在4 000～400 cm^-1范围内测定傅里叶变换红外光谱,对其FTIR主要吸收峰做了经验归属;用Bruker DRX500型核磁共振仪测定该化合物的¹H NMR和¹³C NMR。通过上述分析,确定了化合物的结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 β-Hydroxyldiazo compound,which was synthesized by the reaction of benzaldehyde with ethyl diazoacetate,reacted with ferrocenecarboxylic acid chloride to give the diazo compound 2.The FTIR spectrum of compound 2 was obtained in the range of 4 000-400 cm"’,and its major bands were assigned.The ¹H NMR and ¹³C NMR were detected using Bruker DRX-500 NMR spectrometer.We identified the structure of this new compound by IR and NMR analysis.更多还原
