光谱分析法在植物生理学研究中的应用——冬青叶片各生长期的光谱特性

【摘要】 <正>植物生理学是以高等绿色植物为主要研究对象,揭示生命活动规律及其与外界环境相互关系的一门学科。21世纪是生命科学蓬勃发展,各学科相互促进,相互渗透的时期。随着生命科学的迅速发展,人们对植物生命活动奥秘的认识,已经从整体,器官,细胞水平,深入到分子水平。另一方面,植物生理学又与环境科学,生态学等诸多科学紧密结合,转向从生物圈及群体的角度进行综合研究。代谢是植物生命活动过程中各种化学变化的总称。植物最基本,最主要的两大生理代谢(光合作用,呼吸作用)都发生在叶片上。研究植物叶片化学成分的变化,可以间接地监测大气污染。

【Abstract】 The difference of chemical composition of the ilex leaves in different growing period was studied by infrared spectroscopy with OMNI sampler and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that there are large amount of non-aromatic esters(1 730, 1 462,1 375,1 168,1 038 cm-1) and few simple sugar or saccharan on the position surface of the ilex for the tender leaves.With the growing of the ilex leaves,the new peak(1 514 cm-1) appears and the amount of non - aromatic esters decreases,while the amount of simple sugar or saccharan increases.When the leaf is mature,the simple sugar or saccharan is the main composition.Also there are differences of chemical composition on the surface reverse side.The water is the main composition for the tender leaf.When the leaf is mature,the amount of non-aromatic esters and the simple sugar or saccharan increases.The amount of water decreases.The fluorescence spectra show the different distribution of chlorophyll between the tender leaf and the mature leaf.For the tender leaf,the amount of chlorophyll at the middle part is more than that at the tip.However for the mature leaf,the amount of chlorophyll at the tip part is less than that at the middle part.So it is clear that the spectroscopy is the useful tool for plant physiology.
