【摘要】 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法与二维相关红外光谱(two dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy)分析技术,直接对四种胎盘样品进行了"三级鉴定"鉴别研究。结果表明:利用谱图分辨率较高的二阶导数谱和二维相关红外光谱,可对紫河车和动物胎盘直接进行鉴别。该法无损快速、准确可靠、样品需量少,为今后建立胎盘质量控制标准奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of analytical technology of FTIR spectroscopy and 2D correlation IR spectroscopy,four kinds of Placenta(Placenta Homins,Placenta bovic,Placenta suis,Placenta praea) samples are studied and discriminated basis on "three-step appraisal" method.This method proves to be non-damaging,rapid,accurate and reliable,which lays a foundation establishment of placenta quality control in the future.更多还原
