相分辨光声光谱法对稀土配合物重叠谱峰分离研究

【摘要】 利用相分辨光声光谱法分离稀土配合物的重叠谱峰。Nd3+位于300~450 nm范围内的光声谱峰完全被配体的谱峰掩盖。通过光声谱同相和交相信号计算配体光声吸收的位相,并在位相改变90度后得到仅与Nd3+相关的光声光谱,中心离子和配体的光声位相的差别使得重叠峰的分离成为可能。
【Abstract】 Photoacoustic(PA) phase-resolved method was applied to separate the overlapping peaks of rare earth complexes.The PA peaks of Nd’ in the region from 300 to 450 nm were completely covered by those of ligand.The difference of PA phase angles between rare earth ion and ligand made it reasonable to separate overlapping peaks by phase-resolved method.The phase angle of ligand at the point with most intensive absorption was gotten by the equation about the relation of in-phase signal(S0) and quadrature signal (S90 ).When the phase angle of ligand varied 90 degree,ligand contributed nothing to the new PA spectrum,which only represented PA amplitude signal of rare earth ion.
