纳米Pd薄膜特殊红外性能研究

【摘要】 制备了纳米结构的Pd薄膜,以CO为探针分子,运用电化学原位显微FTIR反射光谱研究此薄膜的红外性能。

【Abstract】 Square wave oxidation-reduction cycles(SWORC) is a popular way of surface treatment.Different nanostructured suefaces can be obtained by changing the waveform of square wave,treat time or the characteristic of the metal/solution interface.In this paper nanometer scale Pd fimls were prepared by using SWORC on Pd microelectrodes with different treat time.The structures of the prepared nanostructured Pd films were studied by scanning tunneling microscopy(STM).Employing CO adsorption as molecule-probe reaction, IR properties of these nanostructured Pd films of different structure were investigated by using in situ microscope FTIR spectroscopy. Particular IR properties of nanostructured Pd film were revealed.The features of CO_B are Fano-like spectra line shape and the IR features of CO_L.have abnormal IR effects(AIREs) characteristics.These results indicate the IR features of CO bands are close related to the nanostructure Pd films.
