傅里叶变换的红外光谱法测定烟草中九种品质参数

【摘要】 <正>烟草品质参数的测定直接关系到产品质量的鉴定及配方等多个环节,具有十分重要的意义。常规的烟草品质分析费时、费力且操作要求高,而近红外(Near Infrared,N I R)光谱法则具有快速、简便、低成本以及样品的非破坏性和多组分同时测定等优点。本文研究用傅里叶变换光谱仪同时测定烟草中九种品质参数。实验所用仪器为Bruker Vector 22/N,样品为烟草粉末(过10目筛),参比为分析纯硫酸钡,用旋转漫反射样品池测定,波长范围为12000~14000cm-1,分辨率为8cm-1。图谱经二阶导数预处理后用偏最小二乘法(Partial least squares,P L S)建立数学模型,结果见表1。
【Abstract】 Much time,effort and money is spent each year on the analysis of tobacco leaf.So it should be evident that any analytical technique capable of analysis rapidly,with minimal sample preparation,in a cost-effective manner would find wide acceptance.It is these features and its nondestructive nature that made near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)attrative for the determination of a variety of sample types.In this study,we use Fourier transform NIR(FINIR) spectrometer to acquire 46 tobacco samples spectrum in the NIR region(12000 14000cm-1).Then,the partial least squares(PLS) method was used to develop NIR calibtation models.
