【摘要】 <正>烟草品质参数的测定直接关系到产品质量的鉴定及配方等多个环节,具有十分重要的意义。常规的烟草品质分析费时、费力且操作要求高,而近红外（Near Infrared,N I R）光谱法则具有快速、简便、低成本以及样品的非破坏性和多组分同时测定等优点。本文研究用傅里叶变换光谱仪同时测定烟草中九种品质参数。实验所用仪器为Bruker Vector 22/N,样品为烟草粉末（过10目筛）,参比为分析纯硫酸钡,用旋转漫反射样品池测定,波长范围为12000～14000cm^-1,分辨率为8cm^-1。图谱经二阶导数预处理后用偏最小二乘法（Partial least squares,P L S）建立数学模型,结果见表1。更多还原

【Abstract】 Much time,effort and money is spent each year on the analysis of tobacco leaf.So it should be evident that any analytical technique capable of analysis rapidly,with minimal sample preparation,in a cost-effective manner would find wide acceptance.It is these features and its nondestructive nature that made near-infrared spectroscopy（NIRS）attrative for the determination of a variety of sample types.In this study,we use Fourier transform NIR（FINIR） spectrometer to acquire 46 tobacco samples spectrum in the NIR region(12000 14000cm^-1).Then,the partial least squares（PLS） method was used to develop NIR calibtation models.更多还原
