卡尔曼滤波分光光度法测定纤维上的染料

【摘要】 <正>多组分混合物不经过分离同时进行测定是现代分析化学中的重要问题之一。卡尔曼滤波分光光度法实际上是卡尔曼理论在分光光度法中的应用,是基于最小均方误差准则的统计估计问题。近年来,此种分析方法广泛应用于药品中多种成分的测定。本文应用此法测定涤纶纤维上的两种分散染料,结果表明回收率较好,测定准确且与工艺法一致。
【Abstract】 This paper reports a speotrophotometric method based on Kalman filter for simultaneous determination of two kinds of dye on fiber.The work was done on a Model UV-250 spectrophotometer and a Model SUN-286 computer.Samples were extracted and dissolved by DMF.The absorbances of the serial standard solutions of each kind of the dye(Disperse Rubine S-2GFL or Disperse Orange SE-RFL ) were determined under the wavelength step of 2nm,respectively,in order to find the linear range and then obtain the coefficient matrix.In the mixing system of the above dye.the measured recoveries of standard mixture samples were 103.47.and 104.9%.Besides,the dye on polyester fiber was also determined,and the results corresponded to the technological prescription provided by factory.In a word. this method is accurate,reliable and practical.
