α-氨基酸与金属铜(Ⅱ)、镍)(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)、镁(Ⅱ)的二元及三元配合物的紫外光谱研究

【摘要】 <正>测定了系列氨基酸,(?)氨酸(CH)CHCH(NH2)COOH、白氨酸(CH3)2CHCH CH(NH2)COOH、α-氨基正丁酸CH3CH2CH(NH2)COOH、α-氨基异丁酸(CH3)2C((?)2)COOH、(?)氨酸HN(CH2)3CHCOOH,分别与Cu++、Ni++、Zn++、Cd++和Mg等所形成的二元配合物M(Ⅱ)-αA(表1)以及与邻菲咻和上述金属离子生成的三元配合物M(Ⅱ)-Phen-αA(表2)的一系列紫外吸收光谱,并研究其紫外吸收峰值λmax的变化规律。
【Abstract】 The UV spectra of binary coordination compounds formed from aminoacids with Cu(JI)Ni(Ⅱ) Zn(Ⅱ) Cd(Ⅱ) and Mg(Ⅱ) have been determined at 25℃Theλmaxvalues ofbinary coordination compounds was very approach,those may be due to n→n(?)transitions by ligand inner molecules of aminoacids.Theλmax values of ternary coordination compounds includeλ1 ndλ2.Theλ1 are theUV spectra of the binary coordination compounds formed from aminoacids with metals(Ⅱ),theλ2are the UV spectra of the binary coordination compounds formed from 1,10-phenanthrolinewith metala(Ⅱ).Those may be due to n→π(?) transition by ligand inner molecules of aminoacids anddue toπ→π(?) transitions by 1,10-phenanthroline.
