离子色谱/积分脉冲安培检测法测定淀粉糖中糖组分

【摘要】 建立了离子色谱/积分脉冲安培检测器测定淀粉糖中糖组分的方法。样品经稀释、过滤后直接进样,采用CarboPacPA10(250mm×4mm)离子色谱柱分离,NaOH/NaAc为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,积分安培检测器进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明,淀粉糖中含有葡萄糖、异麦芽糖、麦芽糖、潘糖、麦芽三糖等组分,其线性范围均为0.2~20mg/L,相关系数为0.9991~0.9999,检出限(S/N=3)为6~25mg/kg,定量下限(S/N=10)为20~80mg/kg,回收率为84%~99%。该方法简单方便,用于实际样品中淀粉糖组分的检测,结果满意。

【Abstract】 A method was developed for the determination of sugar in starch sugar by anion-exchange ion chromatography with integrated pulsed amperometric detector (IPAD).The sample was injected into IC after filtrated and diluted,and then seperated by ion chromatoraphy CarboPac PA10(250 mm × 4 mm) column.NaOH/NaAc was used as the eluent at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection was performed by integrated pulsed amperometric detection.The quantitive analysis was carried out by the external standard method.The linear ranges for 5 sugars were in the range of 0.2-20mg/L with correlation coefficients of 0.999 1-0.999 9.The LOD(S/N=3)and LOQ(S/N=10) of this method were in the range of 6-25mg/kg and 20-80mg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries were 84% 99%.The method was applied in the determination of sugars in starch sugar with satisfactory results.
