石墨炉原子吸收法与电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定药用明胶胶囊壳中铬的对比研究

【摘要】 该文采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,分别以石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定药用明胶胶囊壳中的铬,并对两种方法进行了对比分析。研究表明,两种方法标准曲线的回归方程系数均大于0.999,方法检出限分别为34.6、20.8ng·L-1,加标回收率均为90%~101%,相对标准偏差均小于2%,两种方法具有良好的准确度和灵敏度。但ICP-MS法操作简单,能更节约时间,提高工作效率。
【Abstract】 The methods of GFAA and ICP-MS for detemination of Cr in medical gelatin capsule shells were established and compared.The samples were digested by microwave digestion.The good veracity and precision were obtained in the comparition study on the two methods.The correlation coefficients for the standard curves of the two methods were greater than 0.999 with the detection limits of 34.6 and 20.8 ng·L-1 respectively.The recoveries varied from 90% to 101%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 2%.The ICP-MS method is more simple and practical with time saving and high efficiency.
