石墨烯纳米带掺杂球形磷酸铁锂的制备及性能

【摘要】 <正>本文采用水热法,通过控制pH值及反应温度,制备LiFePO4球形前驱体;同时以多壁碳纳米管为原料,通过高锰酸钾和浓硫酸的多步氧化,"纵切"获得边缘整齐的石墨烯纳米带(NRG)。将前驱体与NRG混合均匀,惰性气氛下煅烧制备LiFePO4/NRGO正极复合材料。用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等方法对材料的结构、形貌进行表征、结果表明,制备的复合材料

【Abstract】 The LiFePO4 spherical precursor has been synthesized based on pH and temperature control. Also the neatly straight edges graphene nanoribbons(NRG) was synthesized by lengmwise cutting and unravelling of multiwalled carbon nanotube(MWCNT) side walls with a contiguous oxidation treatment using potassium permanganate and concentrated sulfuric acid.Then the cathode material was prepared with LiFePO4 precursor and graphene nanoribbons and men annealed under an inert atmosphere.The structure and morphology of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) etc.The results showed that a fine olivine crystal structure and uniform nano-spherical morphology was obtained.Graphene nanoribbons was coated and wrapped on the surface of LiFePO4 particles to form nanoscale carbon conductive webs structure which could improve the electrochemical performance efficiently.
