石灰石粉对水泥胶凝体系水化性能的影响

【摘要】 为揭示石灰石粉对水泥基材料水化性能及微观结构的影响规律,利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、激光粒度分析仪(LPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、等温量热分析等现代分析手段,对不同石粉含量的普通硅酸盐水泥体系水化过程、矿物组成、微观形貌进行分析。结果表明:随着石粉含量的增加,胶凝体系放热量逐渐减小;石灰石粉中的CaCO3微粒能加速硅酸盐水泥的早期水化,提高早期强度,在水化后期CaCO3和铝酸盐矿物发生反应生成单碳水化铝酸钙,使钙矾石含量降低,降低后期强度。石粉在水泥浆体中起到填充、活化和加速的作用。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of limestone powder on hydration performance and micro-structure of cement-based materials,by modern analytical tools such as X-ray diffraction instrument(XRD),laser particle size analyzer(LPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and so on,the effect of the content of limestone powder on the hydration process of ordinary portland cement was researched,and mineral composition,morphology and microstructure of hydration product were also explored.The results showed that heat release of cementitious system decreases gradually,CaCO3 particles of the limestone powder can accelerate the early hydration of portland cement to improve the early strength.In later hydration,calcium aluminate(CA) occurred by CaCO3 reacting with aluminate,and with decrease of ettringite,the late strength was also reduced.Limestone powder in the cement paste plays the role of filler,activation and acceleration.
