盐胁迫对芙蓉葵种子萌发及其部分生理指标的影响

【摘要】 以芙蓉葵(Hibiscus moscheutos)种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度的NaCl、Na2SO4及二者质量比为1:1的混合盐溶液对种子萌发的影响,同时测定萌发种子中可溶性糖含量、α-淀粉酶活力、淀粉酶总活力、蛋白质含量。结果表明:三种盐均不同程度地抑制了芙蓉葵种子的萌发,并随着盐浓度的增加,抑制作用增强;三种盐抑制作用强度依次为NaCl>混合盐>Na2SO4;芙蓉葵种子耐盐适宜范围为Na2SO44.38%、混合盐1.79%、NaCl1.52%,耐盐半致死浓度为Na2SO4 6.79%、混合盐2.37%、NaCl2.23%,耐盐极限浓度为Na2SO410.65%、混合盐3.30%、NaCl3.36%。盐处理对α-淀粉酶活力和淀粉酶总活力影响不显著,显著抑制了蛋白质分解,高浓度盐胁迫下芙蓉葵种子中的可溶性糖含量显著低于对照。

【Abstract】 The different concentrations of NaCl,Na2SO4 and the mass ratio of 1:1 of the mixure salt solution were used to treat Hibiscus palustris seeds,their effects on germination,soluble sugar content,a-amylase activity,total activity of amylase and protein content of the seeds were investigated.The results show that:three kinds of salts inhibited the seed germination,the inhibition increased with increasing salt concentration,and the inhibition effect was in the sequence NaCl > NaCl + Na2SO4 > Na2SO4.The fit salt concentration for the seed germination was 4.38%Na2SO4,1.79%NaCl + Na2SO4,and 1.52%NaCl, and the half-lethal concentration and the fatal concentration of Na2SO4,NaCl + Na2SO4,and NaCl was 6.79%and 10.65%, 2.37%and 3.30%,and 2.23%and 3.36%,respectively.The effects of salts on a-amylase and total amylase activity were not significant,but salts significandy inhibited the protein degradation.The soluble sugar content of the seeds treated by high concentration of salts was significantly lower than the control.
