10种鸢尾属植物光合作用的光响应比较

【摘要】 本文以10个不同鸢尾品种为研究材料,通过测定其光合速率值、胞间CO2值、气孔导度值、蒸腾速率值,分析各指标对光辐射梯度的响应变化。结果表明,供试的鸢尾品种多数为喜光的品种,其最大Pn主要出现在PAR为1600-2400μmol·m-2·s-1区间,平均光合速率和蒸腾速率最大和最小的品种均为鸢尾‘金娃娃’和蝴蝶花。实验结果也表明,供试材料栽培种各项光合生理指标都比较接近,而种间差异较大。这为我们实际应用和进一步研究提供了参考,
【Abstract】 This paper researched ten kinds of Iris species,by measuring the photosynthetic light response curve and photosynthetic physiological including the value of photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 values,stomata conductance values,and transpiration rate value,analysis the indicators of changes in response to gradients of light radiation.The results show that the maximum and minimum value of Pn and Tr both of Iris germanica ’Gold boy’ and Iris japonica.The result also showed that there was a negative correlation between the Ci and Pn.The results of the Gs-PAR of ten iris showed that the Gs of most iris species don’t increase or decrease distinctly along with the increase of PAR.The results also showed that Ci,Gs,Tr of the cultivars of iris basically identical with the increase the PAR but the original species of iris have more difference.
