【摘要】 本研究以瓜叶菊叶片、茎段和叶柄作为外植体,采用正交试验设计L₉（3⁴）研究不同激素水平对叶片、茎段和叶柄分化的影响,探讨最优瓜叶菊体细胞无性系再生体系。结果表明:瓜叶菊组培快繁的最适外植体为幼嫩的叶片,最佳诱导培养基配方为MS+NAA1.0mg/L+KT0.2mg/L+6-BA2.4mg/L。试管苗出瓶后,经过适宜培养,获得了健壮的植株。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,the leaves,stems and petioles of Pericallis hybrida were used as explants to probe the impact to its polarization of different hormone levels using the orthogonal design experiment,and tried to approach the optimal Pericallis hybrida somaclonal regeneration system.The result showed that:optimal explants for tissue culture and rapid propagation was young leaves,and the best culture medium for induction was MS + NAA1.0mg/L + KT0.2mg/L + 6-BA2.4mg/L Robust plants were received after suitable training.更多还原
