【摘要】 通过对放射性固体废物桶内预压缩过程进行研究,建立了废物桶内一维应力压缩模型,并根据模型设计最优压缩策略对放射性固体废物装填进行指导。实验结果表明,不同的压缩策略在废物的装填总量以及压缩后的桶内装填效率差别较大,装填总量相差一倍左右,装填效率相差20—30%左右。采用压缩策略的装填方式比无序装填方式在废物减容方面提高10%左右,且废物装填次数也显著降低,符合工程应用与废物最小化要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 One-dimension stress compression mode has been built through research on pre-compression in drum for radioactive solid waste.Filling process of radioactive solid waste wasguidedand compression process was optimized by taking advantage of that mode.The tests result shows that big differences exist in total volume of filling and efficiency of filling after pre-compression for different modes.Compared with the best mode and the worst mode,the volume of filling can double and the efficiency of filling can increase 20-30%.The volume reduction ratio can be increased 10%and times of waste filling can be obviously decreased guided by compression mode compared with random filling.It can well meet the requirements of waste minimization and future operation.更多还原
