LSM-YSZ/LSM双层阴极中空纤维微管SOFC的制备与性能

【摘要】 阴极支撑的微管SOFC因其具有较高的稳定性和易连接等特点近年来收到了广泛的关注,但电极极化一直是制约其输出性能提高的一个关键因素。本文利用共纺丝.共烧结法在LSM阴极上引入了阴极功能层LSM-YSZ制备了LSM-YSZ/LSM双层阴极中空纤维,两层之间结合紧密,具有适宜的孔结构和良好的机械性能。通过浸渍提拉-共烧结技术在LSM-YSZ/LSM双层阴极中空纤维外侧制备了厚度约为27μm较致密的YSZ电解质膜和5μm的多孔阳极,形成阴极支撑的微管SOFC(图1)。用氢气作燃料,空气作氧化剂,850℃最大输出功率密度高达362mW cm-2,大大降低了电极的极化阻抗,其性能明显高于单层阴极支撑的微管SOFC。
【Abstract】 A LSM-YSZ/LSM dual-layer hollow fiber for cathode-supported micro tubular solid oxide fuel cell(MT-SOFC) has been successfully fabricated via co-spinning-sintering techniques.A coated dense YSZ electrolyte film with the thickness of 27μm was obtained by co-sintering of electrolyte/LSM-YSZ/LSM at 1350C.LSM-YSZ as the cathode functional layer was inserted between cathode and electrolyte,increasing the number of reaction sites,and the porous LSM layer functions as an oxygen-supplying and current collecting layer,which decreased the cathode polarization and improved the performance of cathode-supported MT-SOFC(Fig.1).The maximum power density and open circuit voltage(OCV) is up to 0.84V and 362 mW cm-2at 850℃using hydrogen as fuel and air as oxidant,respectively.
