水轮发电机组部件材料的失效分析研究

【摘要】 本文针对水轮发电机组金属部件材料的失效分析方法,重点结合材料断裂面分析和腐蚀环境分析手段,通过分析研究某机组水轮机尾水管连接螺栓的失效情况,以准确评估水轮发电机组部件材料的腐蚀状态,为水轮发电机组金属结构安全评估提供重要依据。

【Abstract】 Failure analysis method was discussed in this paper in the field of hydraulic power plant. It was mainly studied that related material fracture analysis and corrosion environmental analysis. A case was employed in this analysis process, which was concerned with draft tube bolts in a hydraulic generating unit. Component status was precisely evaluated by such analysis method, which can be very important for assessing safety of hydraulic unit.
