【摘要】 如何提高大学的技术转移效率,协同创新理论提供了新的思路,强调产学研系统内部要素的整合与合作。高校获得的研究与发展项目是开展科研活动和技术转移活动的资源基础。以22所985工程高校作为研究型大学的代表,考察了研究与发展项目的总体情况、项目资金来源和规模、活动的类型三个视角分别建立相应的实证分析模型,分别检验了影响大学技术转移活动的关键因素,为提高大学技术转移活动水平提供政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collaborative innovation theory provide new thinking for how to improve the effectiveness of university-industry technology transfer, which places emphasis on the integration and interaction of the elements inside the system. Research and development projects (R&D projects) are the resource basis for university doing scientific research, as well as the activities of technology transfer. Taking 22 research universities of China from 985 Project universities, this paper is measuring the impact of R&D projects received by universities on their technology transfer activities on empirical model, from the perspectives of the elements, sources, type of R&D projects respectively.
