【摘要】 科技服务业是科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是社会分工的必然结果,是产业价值链升级的必然要求,是产业融合的必然趋势,对于区域经济增长方式转变和产业转型升级具有重大的推动作用,已经成为链接科技与经济的战略支撑产业。本文探讨了科技服务业的概念内涵及其特征,辨析了关于科技服务业的三个认识问题,讨论了当前我国发展科技服务业的突出问题,在此基础上提出了加快发展我国科技服务业的相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Science&technology service industry is an important part of the innovation system of science and technology, it is the inevitable result of social divis ion of labor, industrial value chain upgrading the inevitable requirement, is the inevitable trend of the industrial convergence, and plays a significant role in promoting the transformation of a regional economic growth mode and upgrading the industry, also has become a strategic support industry linking science&technology and economy. This paper explores the concept and characteristic of science and technology service industry in economy and society, and according to major significance to Industrial transformation and upgrading, the discrimination of three major misunderstandings, and its existing problems, puts forward to countermeasures of accelerating the development of science and technology service industry.更多还原
