铝电解槽槽电压波动共振效应的仿真研究

【摘要】 本文基于电化学的相关理论,将铝电解槽等效为电路模型。利用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件,建立了铝电解槽的等效电路仿真模型,研究了不同阳极炭块下铝液波动引起阳极电流分布的变化情况和槽电压的波动状况。研究结果显示各个阳极支路之间电流波动能够产生共振现象,引起槽电压的突然增大;发生共振时,各个支路电流大小趋于相等;出现半共振时,各个支路电流分布区间明显减少;共振效应的发生同各个支路电流的波动频率有着重要关系。

【Abstract】 According to the electrochemical theory, the aluminum electrolysis cell was seen as the equivalent circuit. The equivalent circuit simulation model was established using the Matlab/Simulink simulation software. When the liquid aluminum surface vibration frequency under different anode carbon block were different, the cell voltage and anode current change were simulated. The results show that this anode current resonance is caused, and then the cell voltage enlarges great. When resonance, each branch current size tends to be equal; when half resonance, each branch current distribution interval decreased significantly; the resonance effect has an important relationship with each branch current vibration frequency.
