梳形聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯核壳乳液的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 将甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯与二乙烯三胺反应制备了端氨基甲基丙烯酸α-羟基三氨基醇酯(GD),将其与IPDI、PTMG、DMPA等反应制备了含多个侧链C=C键的聚氨酯预聚物。向上述预聚物中加入丙烯酸酯单体后进行中和、分散、扩链,最后采用连续滴加法制备了以聚氨酯为主链,以丙烯酸酯为支链的梳状聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯核壳乳液GDPUA。利用FT-IR、DSC、TG、TEM等对上述GDPUA乳液及涂膜进行分析,结果表明:该法制备的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液胶束具有清晰的核壳结构;丙烯酸酯与聚氨酯组分之间相容性良好,为均相体系,涂膜耐热性提高;常温干燥涂膜拉伸强度35.2MPa·s,断裂伸长率483%,吸水率0.13%,铅笔硬度H以上,乳液稳定性良好。
【Abstract】 A novel amine-group compound GD was synthesized by the reaction of diethylenetriamine and glycidyl methacrylate.Polyurethane ionomer with multi C=C in side chain were prepared by the reaction of IPDI,PTMG,DMPA with GD.Polyurethane ionomer used as emulsifier to emulsify acylate monomer,PU-ACM core/shell hybrid emulsion GDPUA with polyurethane main chain and multi acrylate side chain was prepared through seed emulsion polymerization with semi-continuous adding method.The properties of GDPUA film and emulsion were characterized by FT-IR、DSC、TG、TEM and so on.Results showed that GDPUA composite particles have an obvious core-shell morphology,DSC and TGA curve showed that polyurethane and acrylate in GDPUA has good compatibility and heat-resistance,turned into homogeneous system.Tensile strength,elongation at break and water absorption of air-drying coating film of GDPUA are 35.2MPa·s,483% and 0.12%respectively,pencil hardness is H,hybrid emulsion has good storage stability.
