异型门槽水力特性的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 适应链轮回转空间及止水布置的需要,链轮平板闸门的门槽一般设计为异形结构型式。本文采用RNG模型和VOF方法对异形门槽湍流进行数值模拟,分析了异形门槽流场及压力分布特征,与物理模型试验进行对比验证,表明门槽边壁压力计算结果和试验值吻合较好。针对异形布置对门槽压力及空化特性影响的问题,计算分析了不同异形墩头长度下门槽的旋涡特征及压力特性,提出了异形门槽的体型设计参数建议,为链轮闸门异形门槽的工程设计和应用提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of rotating sprocket and the arrangement of the water seal,the anomalous gate slot is generally designed for the sprocket plate gate.In this paper,the RNG k~εturbulence model and the VOF method are applied to simulate the flow in the gat slot.The characteristics of flow pattern and water pressure on the gate slot are analyzed and the calculated result is in good agreement with experimental data.In view of the effect of anomalous shape on the vortex and pressure characteristics of the gate slot,the simulation is conducted for different length of the anomalous slot.Some suggestions are proposed for the anomalous profile to provide a reference for the design of the anomalous gate slot.
