突扩突跌段弧形闸门局开工况的数值模拟

【摘要】 突扩突跌体型可以同时解决高速水流掺气和高水头闸门止水的问题,然而由于不同的运行条件,闸门可能需要在局开工况下运行。随着运行工况的改变,水流的水力特性会产生较大的变化,可能对建筑物的运行造成不利的影响,甚至引起建筑物的破坏。因此了解闸门局开工况下水力特性的变化规律,对于选择合适的运行方式,防止产生激流振动,空化空蚀等不利现象,确保建筑物的安全运行具有重要的意义。本文结合九甸峡水利枢纽左岸溢洪洞工程,采用三维紊流数值模型及自由表面VOF模拟方法,对突扩突跌体型不同闸门开度时产生的水气两相流进行数值模拟计算,获得了多种闸门开度下水流流场信息,分析了水流底、侧空腔,流速,压力等水力要素随闸门开度的变化规律,表明0.75开度为最不利工况。
【Abstract】 The application of the sudden enlargement and sudden drop shape effectively solve the problems of air entrained flow and high head gate seal.Due to different operating requirements,it is very common that the gate operates partly open.With the change of the operating conditions,the hydraulic characteristics of the flow have undergone great changes.It may cause adverse effects to the operation of the building,even cause damage to the building.Thus,having a good understanding of the changing regulations of hydraulic characteristics of the water flow in the conditions of the gate, partly open and open-closed,is of great significance to choose suitable operation modes,prevent producing adverse phenomenon.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the predecessors combine with the mode of Jiudianxian hydraulic complex,two phases(air-water) flow produced under different gate openings of the sudden enlargement and sudden drop type was wholly calculated by using three dimensional numerical simulation methods for the first time.In combination with a contrast analysis of physical test results of a water conservancy project,accurate information of the flow fields of different gate openings in various conditions was achieved. Through the analysis,the changing regulations of the hydraulic elements of the water bottom,side cavities characteristics,velocity characteristics,and pressure characteristics with the gate opening were achieved.
