静水阻力和波浪增阻集成优化系统开发与应用研究

【摘要】 提出了一种以兴波阻力和波浪增阻为最小的多目标船型优化系统。在Frendship软件中建立全参数化模型,采用CFD数值计算求解兴波阻力,采用中国船舶科学研究中心自主开发的增阻计算软件求解波浪增阻,并利用自编的接口程序将其集成到Friendship中,最终建立了基于静水阻力和波浪增阻的集成优化系统。最后,选择一320000 t油船为母型船进行优化,以船艏各特征参数为设计变量,以排水体积为约束条件,得到了具有较低兴波阻力和波浪增阻的改良船型,证实了该集成方法用于波浪中船型优化的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a multiobjective hull optimization for reducing resistance in calm water and added resistance due to waves was proposed.A fully parametric hull model was established in the Friendship software,and the resistance in calm water was calculated by CFD numerical simulations, and the resistance due to waves was calculated by the software which was developed by China Ship Scientific Research Center and integrated into the Friendship software by using an interface program, which helped to bring about the development of an integrated optimization system based on the resistance in calm water and added resistance due to waves.Finally,the numerical optimization example for 320000 DWT oil tanker was provided,with the controlled parameters of the fore hull form as design variables and an appropriate displacement as the constraint condition,which indicates that the resistance in calm water and added resistance due to waves are all reduced by adopting this integrated optimization system.
