深水钻井隔水管段岩屑运移特性研究

【摘要】 深水钻井隔水管段由于具有环空尺寸大、井筒温度低等特点,其岩屑运移特性较常规井段有较大不同。基于多相流体力学和传热学理论,针对深水钻井特点,建立了深水钻井隔水管段岩屑运移模型,并应用商用CFD软件FLUENT,对岩屑在深水钻井隔水管段的运移特性进行了数值模拟计算,得到了岩屑在环空中的轴向速度分布和体积浓度分布,以及大尺寸环空条件下,环空返速、钻杆旋转、钻井液性质和岩屑粒径等因素对岩屑运移的影响规律。研究表明,在隔水管大尺寸环空中,随着环空返速的增加,岩屑体积浓度沿径向上分布逐渐趋于均匀,低返速情况下,钻杆旋转对岩屑运移有抑制作用;与常规井段相比,钻井液密度对岩屑运移特性的影响程度变小,黏度对岩屑运移特性的影响程度变大;岩屑粒径对岩

【Abstract】 because of the influence of large size annulus and low temperature in riser segment, cuttings transport characteristics are very different from that of conventional well segment.Based on multiphase fluid mechanics and heat transfer theory,a model of cuttings transport in riser annulus is built and a numerical simulation of cuttings transport in large annulus of riser using FLUENT software is carried out.Through that we obtained the axial velocity and volume concentration distribution of cuttings in annulus,the effect of annular velocity,drill pipe rotation,property of drilling fluid, cuttings’ diameter and temperature on cuttings transport in large annulus are also discussed.The result show that with the increasing of annular velocity,the concentration distribution of cuttings gradually approaches even;drill pipe rotation has inhibitory effect on cuttings transport under lower velocity;compared with the conventional well segment,the influence of density on cuttings transport become smaller while the viscosity influence become bigger;the cutting diameter has an obvious impact on cuttings transport only when its size is large;lower temperature is benefit for the cuttings transport.
