【Abstract】 There are more risks in blasting projects than other fields of industry.When there is a minor negligence,a large accident may be resulted in.The introduction of NOSA risk evaluation system, based on safety,health and environment,into engineering blasting can effectively improve the level of safety menagement of the blasting field.The risk evaluation system tallies with the policy of state,and can be executed expediently.Therefore the potential risk can be avoided before accident,and the measures can be taken promptly and efficiently after accident.更多还原
