【摘要】 目的分析北京市老年人代谢综合征与心脑血管病的关系及性别、随龄变化。方法于2000年对一个流行病学队列研究人群1827名老年人进行身高、体重测量及血压和多项血液代谢指标的检查,应用中国标准诊断代谢综合征,同时进行人口学因素及心脑血管病的调查。结果 1827名老人平均年龄71.45±6.59岁,患代谢综合征372人,占20.4%。女性高于男性。随着年龄增大,代谢综合征患病率下降显著。MS组冠心病及脑卒中患病率显著高于非MS组。患代谢综合征的男性冠心病患病率和女性脑卒中患病率显著高于非MS组。80岁以下老人MS组冠心病患病率显著高于非MS组(60—69岁为20.2%vs 12.6%,p<0.01;70—79岁为25.0%vs 16.2%,p<0.05);70岁以下MS组脑卒中患病率为13.6%,显著高于非MS组的7.6%(p<0.05)。结论老年人中,代谢综合征患病率高,患代谢综合征的老人心脑血管病患病率增高,在不同性别及年龄之间存在差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between metabolic syndrome and its relation to cardio-cerebral vascular disease among difference gender and age of elderly in Beijing.Methods 1827 Beijing elderly residents in a cohort study were performed physical examination in years of 2000.,Demographic data,information of health status were also collected.Results The survey showed that among 1827 cases,the mean age was 71.45±6.59 years,there were 372 metabolic syndrome cases,the prevalence of the metabolic syndrome diagnosed by CDS definition was 20.4%(14.9%in men and 26.9%in women) The prevalence of MS decresed with age ageing.The prevalence of coronary heart disease especially in male and stroke especially in female among MS were higher than that of without MS.This was also seen in young aged people,but not in 80 years and older.Conclusion Metabolic syndrome is prevalence in aged people.There are difference in gender and age between metabolic syndrome and cardio-cerebral vascular disease.更多还原
