【摘要】 目的研制出特异、敏感的副猪嗜血杆菌PCR诊断试剂盒。方法在特异性和敏感性试验的基础上,组装试剂盒,用同一批次材料进行批内试剂盒比较试验,用不同批次材料进行批间试剂盒比较试验;将试剂盒保存于-20℃和4℃,每3个月检测一次。结果试剂盒特异、敏感,批内和批间的试剂盒无差异;试剂盒在-20℃可保存30个月,4℃可保存12个月。结论建立了特异性好、敏感性高、保存期长的副猪嗜血杆菌PCR诊断试剂盒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop PCR diagnosis kit for Haemophilus parasuis.Methods Check the specificity and sensitivity of PCR kit for Haemophilus parasuis.Compared the PCR kit with the same batch of PCR kit they were made up of the same materials.Also compared the different batch of PCR kits they were made up of the different materials. To keep the PCR kits at -20℃and 4℃for 30 month and 12 month respectively,and to check it every 3 month.Results There are no difference the same or different batch of PCR kits.The storage life of the kits is 30 months at -20℃and 12 months at 4℃.Conclusion Developped the PCR kit for Haemophilus parasuis.They show good specificity and sensitivity.They can keep 30 months at -20℃and 12 months at 4℃.更多还原
