【摘要】 本研究采用常规的浸蘸法测定莱氏野村菌菌株CA22的毒力。实验结果显示,该菌株对甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾均有很高的毒力,致死中浓度(LC₅₀)随虫龄的增大而增大,对甜菜夜蛾二龄幼虫的LCs0值为0.65×10⁷孢子/ml,对五龄幼虫的LC₅₀值为9.16×10⁷孢子/ml。甜菜夜蛾低龄幼虫对该菌的敏感性比高龄幼虫大14倍。该菌株对斜纹夜蛾二、三、四龄幼虫的LC50分别为7.68×10⁷孢子/ml、7.81×10⁷孢子/ml、7.46×10⁷孢子/ml,它们之间的差异不显著;但对五龄幼虫的LC₅₀较高,27.1×10⁷孢子/ml。斜纹夜蛾低龄幼虫对该菌的敏感性比高龄幼虫大3.5倍。更多还原

【Abstract】 This bioassay uses liquid immersion method to test the virulence of isolate CA22 of Nomuraea rileyi from Fujian province.The results showed that the isolate have high toxicity to the noctuid pests,Laphygma exigua,Spodoptera litura.The LC₅₀ rises along with the instar increase.The LC₅₀ of 2nd instar of Laphygma exigua is 0.65×10⁷ conidia/ml,and of 5th instar of Laphygma exigua is 9.16×10⁷ conidia/ml.The sensitivity of lower instar of Laphygma exigua to this isolate is 14 times as many as those of last instar.The LC₅₀ volume of this isolate to 2nd instar,3rd instar,4th instar of Spodoptera litura are 7.68×10⁷ conidia/ml,7.81×10⁷ conidia/ml and 7.46×10⁷ conidia/ml respectively and there are no statistic significant.While the LC₅₀ volume to 5th instar of Spodoptera litura is 27.1×10⁷ conidia/ml,which is significantly higher（ca 3.5 times） than the other instars.更多还原
