白僵菌分生孢子对小鼠致畸作用的实验研究

【摘要】 用喷雾吸入处理小白鼠,观察白僵菌分生孢子对白鼠是否有致畸作用。结果表明:对妊娠小鼠体重、受精卵着床数及胎鼠外形、内脏和骨骼系统无任何影响,但观察到噪音对妊娠小鼠胚胎的发育有重要影响,体重亦有明显下降。

【Abstract】 The toratogenesis of mouse by the conidia of Beauveria bassiana was tested.There was no any influerce on the gestational mice either outer form of fetus,iner organs and skeleton system by the conidia of B.bassiana While the noise obviously influenced the embryo development.
