【摘要】 应用球孢白僵菌对木麻黄蛀干害虫皮暗斑螟进行致病力测定和防治技术研究。室内研究表明,从皮暗斑螟不同虫态(幼虫、蛹、成虫)白僵虫尸分离的球孢白僵菌对其幼虫致死率均达100%,说明该球孢白僵菌菌株对皮暗斑螟具有较高的致病力。林间采用3种不同施菌方法对比防治试验,白僵菌+清水+柴油混合液剂的防治效果最佳,致死皮暗斑螟为86.1%,而采用菌液喷洒、菌粉撒放虫巢法防治效果不佳,致死率分别为64.9%、50.9%;说明添加了柴油可能增加菌液渗透能力,提高白僵菌与虫体接触机会,从而提高菌液毒杀力。同时,该种混合液剂已在生产上大面积试验示范,防治面积达300hm~2,效果达80%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The isolates of Beauveria bassiana from different hosts were collected and screened against Euzophera batangensis.A isolate from Euzophera batangensis was found to be high virulent to the larvas of E.batangensis.The field control experiment based this isolate was conducted.It was found that a mixtare of B.bassiana,water and diesal oil was the best formulation for control E.batangensis in the field,and the control efficacy of 86.1%was obtained.更多还原
