【摘要】 为了规模生产的需要,本研究制订了白僵菌混合粉剂的企业标准,主要技术指标:含孢量大于500×10⁸/g,含水量小于10%,贮藏一年后的萌发率大于70%,对3～4龄马尾松毛虫毒力生物测定的LT₅₀为5～7d,灭幼脲含量4%～4.5%,对大白鼠的经口毒性>5000mg/kg。在标准的编制说明中阐述了各项指标确定的依据。标准同时规范了各项指标的测定方法,为生产和质量检测部门提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present paper,an enterprise criteria of the Beauveria mixed dust formulation was proposed with the main technological parameters as follow:conidial count >500×10⁸/g,water content <10%,germination rate >70%after stored at normal condition for one year,the LT₅₀to the larvae of 3～4 instar pine caterpillars within 5～7 days,the content of diflubenzuron within 4%～4.5%and the toxicity to adult mouse >5000mg/kg.The product of the plant could be followed this standard.更多还原
