白僵菌混合粉剂的研究

【摘要】 本研究首先通过相容性试验,筛选出球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana,下称白僵菌)混合粉剂加工的适宜载体、紫外保护剂及灭幼脲Ⅲ号原粉作为增效剂。通过正交设计(L43正交表),得到白僵菌混合粉剂的最佳配方,其组成为:20%的紫外保护剂OF,4%的灭幼脲Ⅲ号原粉,25%的凹凸棒土及51%的孢子粉。产品经充氮包装,室温下贮藏半年后的萌发率为70.56%。白僵菌混合粉剂主要技术指标为:含孢量大于500×108/g,含水量小于10%,贮藏一年后的萌发率大于70%,对3~4龄马尾松毛虫毒力生物测定的LT50为5~7d,灭幼脲含量4%~4.5%,对大白鼠的经口毒性>5000mg/kg。产品的每公顷用量为300~300.75g,使用成本为13.5~16.9元/hm2。室内生物测定,混合粉剂对3~4龄马尾松毛虫幼虫和LT50为5.7d。林间放菌,防治效果达74.2%。混合粉剂处理对天敌没有影响,处理区和空白对照区,寄生性天敌致死率没有显著差异。

【Abstract】 After the compatibility of the conidia with the a vailable fillers being tested,UV protectant and the diflubenzuron,the formulae of the Beauveria mixed dust were determined by L43 orthogonal design.The combination of the every formulae was 20%OF UV-protectant,4% stock powder of dif lubenzuron,25%carrier of attapulgite and 51%conidial powder.The germination rates of the conidia,formulated and then charged with nitrogen,were 70.56%after stored for half of a year.The main technological parameters of the mixed dust were given as follow;conidial count>500 X 108/g,water content< 10%,germination rate>70%after stored at normal condition for one year,the LT50 to the larvae of 3—4 instar pine caterpillars within 5~7 days,the content of diflubenzuron within 4%~4.5%and the toxicity to adult mouse>5000mg/kg.The application cost reached 13.5~16.9 yuan/ha while 300~375 germ of dust was sprayed per hectare.The bioassay result showed the LT50 of the dust to the thirdfourth instar larvae of Masson’ pine caterpillars was 5.7 days.The control efficacy of the dust against the larvae of Masson’s pine caterpoliars reached 74.27%while the unformulated conidia did 55.13%in the contrast.The results also showed that there was on negetive effect on caterpillars’natural enimies,they jointly killed the pests.
